Answer:

Explanation:

Answer(1) Define power of a lens and write its SI unit. ... It is defined as the reciprocal of focal length or it is the ability of a lens to bend the rays of light falling on it. Its SI unit is dioptre.

Answer(2) A real image is always inverted whereas a virtual image is always erect. ... A real image is formed when the rays of light after reflection or refraction actually meet at some point whereas a virtual image is formed when the rays of light after reflection or refraction appear to meet at a point.

Answer(3)  Focal length (f) = 15 cm

Distance of object from the convex mirror (u) = 10 cm

Image distance (v) = ?

1/v + 1/u = 1/f

1/v + 1/10 = 1/15

1/v = 1/5 -1/10

1/v=1/10

v=10

v=10cm

so image will be virtual,erect and diminished.

hope it will help u
