This poem signifies that humanity is far greater than anything else. Gold is expensive but love and care is priceless. When the author is financial dilemma a person gives him gold to help him solve his problems and as the author's condition becomes stable and good he repays the person ; but when he was severely sick and was in pain the same person took care or him, helped his health condition become better. So when the author becomes fine and healthy again, he is confused how to repay the person as what the person did is priceless and so that the author can't repay him and is in debt of humanity.
