HEYA!!
---------

9(x + a) {}^{2} - 4x {}^{2} \\ \\ 9(x {}^{2} + a {}^{2} + 2ax) - 4x {}^{2} \\ \\ 9x {}^{2} + 9a {}^{2} + 18ax - 4x {}^{2} \\ \\ 5x {}^{2} + 9a {}^{2} + 18ax

5x^2 + 15 ax + 3ax + 9a^2

5x( x+3a) + 3a ( 3a+x)

(5x+3a) ( 3a+x)

Given Equation is 9(x + a)^2 - 4x^2

= > [3(x + a)]^2 - (2x)^2

We know that a^2 - b^2 = (a + b)(a - b)

= > [3(x + a) + 2x)][(3(x + a) - 2x)]

= > (3x + 3a + 2x)(3x + 3a - 2x)

= > (5x + 3a)(x + 3a).

Hope this helps!
