9{x}^{2} - 3x - 2 \\ \\ sum = - 3 \\ product = 9 \times - 2 = - 18 \\ \\ numbers \: are - 6 \: and \: 3 \\ \\ 9 {x}^{2} + 3x - 6x - 2 \\ \\ 3x(3x + 1) - 2(3x + 1) \\ \\(3x + 1)(3x - 2)
