Step-by-step explanation:

l = 2b

2{l + b } = 60

l+ b = 30

2b + b = 30

3b = 30

b = 10

l =2×10 = 20

Answer:

Let the the breadth be x.

Length of rectangle = 2x

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

Given Perimeter = 60 cm

=> 2(2x+x) = 60

=> 3x = 60/2

=> 3x = 30

=> x = 10

Hence, breadth of rectangle = 10 cm

Length = 2(10) cm = 20 cm
