First we to take union of probability of. A and B so we have to add them and we will get 5/12 as answer. Then as we have to find probability of none of them winning so we have subtract 5/12 from the total that is 1 - 5/12 and we will get the final answer as 7/12

So the answer is 7/12

Answer:

no. of events =1

probability of no. horse to win = 1 - (1/4+1/6)

=1 - 5/12

=7/12

The answer is 7/12

Hope it helps u buddy.
