Over here it's quite clear that the particle is traveling in uniform velocity . Hence their is no chamge in magnitude. But since it's moving in a circle it's direction keeps changing at each and every point on the cirlce. Since velocity is a vector quantity it depends on both size and magnitude. The magnitude is same(uniform velocity) but the direction keeps on changing(cause the path is circular)
