Speed of Ram= 6 km/h

Speed of Bharat= 10 km/h

time taken by Bharat= t

so time taken by Ram=t+30minutes

we can write 30 minutes as 30/60h i.e. 1/2 h

so time taken by Ram=t+1/2h

Distance travelled by Bharat= speed*time

                                               =10*t

                                               =10t km

Distance travelled by Ram=speed*time

                                            =6(t+1/2)

                                            =3(2t+1) km

since the distance travelled by both are equal, so we can write:-

      10t=3(2t+1)

      4t=3

        t=3/4

so now putting the value of t in the distance travelled by Ram or Bharat

so distance travelled is 10t=10*3/4

                                           =7.5 km Answer

or

3(2t+1)=3(2*3/4 +1)

               =7.5 km ANSWER
