The answer is 2 × 10-²m

amplitude is maximum displacement or distance moved by a point on vibrating body or waves measure from its equilibrium positions

so,

here maximum distance or displacement is

4 × 10-²m

so equilibrium ( equal ) of Kinetic energy and potential energy will be at 2 × 10-²m.
