After evalution You will get 1

 \frac{(999814 - 1)(999814 + 1) + 1}{999814 ^{2} }

 \frac{999814 {}^{2}  - 1 {}^{2}  + 1}{999814 ^{2} }

 \frac{999814 {}^{2} }{999814 {}^{2} }

Answer= 1
