Just tell them that if you go to the regional board office cbse or icse and complain that your school has no playground . Then the whole school will be closed and its permit to act under board will be cancelled . Because according to rules every school under CBSE must have plagrounds of the size of a football field .

You can ask the parents to look into this matter.The parents can file a petition against this.The school managemnt will be forced to buy or rent a land for children to play.If this doesn't work, then you can suggest the school to make the school building terrace a playground with appropriate safety measures.The solution that we can complain to regional office of CBSE or ICSE may or may not work properly because there are many parents who hesitate to complain.
