No,We can do all the things with AIDS person except Blood transfer and sexual conduct.

We eat with them,can hold their hands

But,we must have blood transfer and sexual conduct .

AIDS patients need not not be subjected to isolation from healthy ones as AIDS is not a common communicable disease that will spread through air, water, food etc. It is a sexually transmitted disease and will only spread to another person if he/she comes in contact with the patient's bodily fluids. Isolation is not required to stop the spreading of the disease.
