HI FRIEND,

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER,

9x^2 + 24x + 16

WRITE THE EXPRESSION IN EXPONENTIAL FORM WITH AN EXPONENT OF 2

3^2 x^2 - 24x + 4^2

MULTIPLY THE TERM WITH EQUAL EXPONENTS BY MULTIPLYING THEIR BASES,

(3x)^2 - 24x + 4^2

THEN, USING a^2 - 2ab + b^2 = (a-b)^2 , FACTOR THE EXPRESSION,

(3x-4)^2 Ans.
