 =  > 9 {x}^{2}  + 24x + 16 = 0

It is in the form of quadratic equation:-

e.g-->>ax^2+bx+c

=>>16×9=144

we need to think any number when we add makes 24 and when multiply makes 144

so, we think 12 is the suitable number also 144 is a square value of 12.

 =  > 9 {x}^{2}  + 12x + 12x + 16 = 0

 =  > 3x(3x + 4) + 4(3x + 4) = 0

=>taking 3x as common as 9 and 12 are multiples of 3 & 4 from other term as 12 and 16 are multiples of 4.

 =  > (3x + 4)(3x + 4) = 0

 \bold{=  > x =   - \frac{3}{4}}
