9x {}^{2} y {}^{2}  - 16
(3xy ){}^{2}  - (4) {}^{2} \\  using \: identity \: a {}^{2}  - b {}^{2}  = (a - b)\times (a + b)
(3xy - 4) \times (3xy + 4)
