9x-3/12x+2=3x-1/4x-6
Cross multiply :
(9x-3)(4x-6)=(3x-1)(12x+2)
9x(4x-6) - 3(4x-6)=3x(12x+2)-1(12x+2)
36x2-54x-12x+18=36x2+6x-12x-2
-66x+18= -6x-2
