put the value of x and find y as it come to be 16.
when you put x as 2 and y as 16 in 2nd equation you wil calculate k as 260.

when x = 2
now 9×2 + 4y = 82
y = 16
now x^2 + y^2 = k
k = 2^2 + 16^2
k = 260
now 9×2 + 4y = 82
y = 16
now x^2 + y^2 = k
k = 2^2 + 16^2
k = 260
