9x+9y=99

9x-9y=90

0 + 18y = 9

y = 9/18

y = 2

Putting the value of Y

9x+9y = 99

9x+9×2 = 99

9x+18 = 99

9x = 99-18

9x = 81

x = 81/9

x = 9

Equation :-

mx+y = m×9+2

= m×11

= 11m

m = 11
