=> (9x² - 1 ) - ( 1 + 3x)²
=> {(3x )² - 1 } - ( 1 + 3x ) ( 1 + 3x )
=> { ( 3x -1 ) ( 3x + 1 ) } - ( 1 + 3x ) ( 1 + 3x)
= > 1 + 3x { 3x - 1 - ( 1 + 3x) }
=> 1 + 3x { 3x - 1 - 1 - 3x }
=> (1 + 3x) (-2)
=>- 2 ( 1 + 3x ) Answer
