if the points are collinear

Area Of triangle ABC =

$\frac{1}{2}( x_1(y_2 - y_ 3) + x_2(y_3 -y _1) + x_3(y_1 - y_2))$

now according to formula :

$\frac{1}{2} (0(4 - 0) + 0(0 - 0) + 6(0 - 4)$

$\frac{1}{2} \times 24$
