A 0.24 g of sample of compound of Oxygen and Boron was found by analysis to contain 0.096 gram of Boron and 0.144 gram of oxygen calculate the percentage composition of the compound by mass

HERE IS UR ANSWER......

PERCENTAGE OF BORON = MASS OF BORON ÷ MASS OF COMPOUND × 100 = 0.096/0.24×100
= 40%
SO, PERCENTAGE OF OXYGEN = MASS OF OXYGEN / MASS OF COMPOUND ×100
0.144/0.24×100= 60%
