Solution :

2m²+5m+3=0

2m²+(2+3)m+3=0

2m²+2m+3m+3=0

2m(m+1)+3(m+1)=0

(m+1)(2m+3)=0

So, either m+1=0 or 2m+3=0

m+1=0

m=-1

and

2m+3=0

m=-3/2
