BC = distance between the  foot of the ladder and the wall

= \sqrt{20^2-10^2}

= \sqrt{300}

Again,  the inclination of  the ladder with horizontal = ∠ACB

= sin⁻¹ (10/20)

= sin⁻¹ (1/2)

= 30°
