a+1/a=23 then find a^1/4+1/a^1/4

a+1/a=23

a+1=23a

23a-a=1

22a=1

a=1/22

hence

a^1/4+1/a^1/4=(1/22)^1/4+1/(1/22)^1/4

=(1+(22)^1/2)/(22)^1/4
