There is no way to predict how tall you will be just from how tall your parents are.
For example, my parents are both quite short. So are my sister and I. Our brother, however, is very tall. The genetics are complicated.
As far as your growth spurt goes, being 14 and not having started puberty yet is a bit on the outside of the probability envelope, but it isn't all that unusual either. I have known guys who started later than that.
Some friends of mine were once concerned about their son, who was in about the same situation as you are now. They took him to his pediatrician, who referred them to an endocrinologist, a doctor who specializes in hormones.
They had some tests done, and the specialist assured my friends' son that everything was normal. He wanted to see him again in six months just to make sure.
The poor guy finally started shooting up in height when he was about 15 and a half. Pretty late puberty, but it worked out in the end. He's well over six feet now and very popular with the girls.
There are some hormonal conditions, though, that can interfere with puberty and normal growth. Most pediatricians will refer you to a specialist just to rule those conditions out if you haven't started puberty by 14.
I think you should ask your parents to take you to the doctor.
