The answer will be 1 hour as it takes hour for a 1km train to pass through a measurement of 1km so as the water is 1km long the answer will be 1hour

Speed=1km/h. Distance = train's length+length of tunnel. Distance=2km. Time=Distance / speed. 2/1=2 hours
