Answer:

since lense is convex

h=10cm

f=+12cm

u=-18

so by lense formula

1/f=1/v-1/u

1/12=1/v-1/(-18)

1/12-1/18=1/v

3-2/36=1/v

1/36=1/v

36=v

v=36cm

m=v/u

m=36/(-18)

m=-2

so image formed is real and inverted

let height of image=h'

m=h'/h

-2=h'/10

h'=-20cm

so height of image is double and real in nature
