As per Newton's law

net force on a system is product of mass and acceleration

F_{net} = maFnet=ma

F - F_g = maF−Fg=ma

F = F_g + maF=Fg+ma

F = mg + maF=mg+ma

given that

m = 10 kg

g = 10 m/s^2

a = 1.5 m/s^2

now from above equation

F = 10*10 + 10 * 1.5F=10∗10+10∗1.5

F = 100 + 15 = 115 NF=100+15=115N

now the work done is given by

W = F.dW=F.d

W =115∗2=230J

So the work done is bringing the mass upwards is 230 J
