Answer:

adapting to the environment

Explanation:

so first up u got the kid from Canada and then u got a kid from a rural area. the environment is what matters the most the kid in Canada get hygienic food and has his or her checkups weekly whereas the boy or girl in the rural area is taken to the doctor once in a while. secons up is the food the kid in Canada get clean food which is cooked in a clean environment whereas the kid in rural area get unhygienic food which is filled with types of spices and uncleaned vegetables (even if they are cleaned, some germs remain there which are pretty dangerous) so the kid in Canada never got any germs from food or environment but when the kid gets hepatitis, its the first time for the body to react to something that big, so his or her immunity is lower down to the minimum, whereas the kid in the rural area has already dealt with deaseas such as fever and foodpoisining and many more diseases and when the kid get hepatitis his or her body is ready for it and the countermeasures are already put to place hence more immunity. Hope this helps u out and don't worry I am not gonna ask u to mark me as brainleist. Knowledge is for sharing once a great man said.
