Given = 100 kg man

              velocity = 20m/s

A)  K.E = 1/2 X Mass X Velocity^{2}

= 1/2 X 100Kg X 400m/s^{2}

= 20000Kg m/s^{2}

B)  Force = Mass X Accelaration

  = 100 Kg X 400m/s^{2}

 = 40000 Newtons
