A 100 m long train crosses a bridge in 25 seconds at a speed of 36 km/hr what is the length of the bridge

We convert the speed to meters per second as follows :

36 × 5/18 = 10 m/s

In 25 seconds the distance covered is :

Distance = speed × time

Distance = 10 × 25 = 250m

This is inclusive of the length of the bridge plus length of the train.

The length of the bridge is thus :

250 - 100 = 150m
