This is a very easy question

100 on multiplying with 2/5 gives 40 m
That’s the length of rope 1

Rope 2 can be found by subtracting rope 1
100m - 40 m gives 60 m

Hope this helps mark me as brainless plz

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

hii!!

here's ur answer..

length of the rope is 100m.

it's cut into two parts and one of them is 2/5 of 100m.

therefore length of this part=100×2/5

=20×5

=40m

hence length of the other part=100-40

=60m

hope this helps.
