In the situation of FV it is less than 100.
First of all you will mark a' at 40 above x-y
Then you will mark 25 below x-y and at 50 below you will draw line which is parallel to x-y for LTV
With the rad= TL (100) from a cut arc on 50 line to get TL(ab)
And from b project up to get FV a' b'
