Normality of the solution can be calculated as follows:
Normality = weight of NaOH X 1000 / (Equivalent weight of NaOH X volume of water)
weight of NaOH = 2 g
Equivalent weight of NaOH = 40 g
volume of water = 100 ml
Normality = 2 X 1000 / (40 X 100)
Normality =
The normality of solution is 0.5 M
