height of object = 10 cm

focal length(F) = 12 cm

object distance(U) = -18 cm

By the lens formula => 1/F = 1/V - 1/U

                                => 1/12 = 1/V -(- 1/18)

                                => 1/12 - 1/18 = 1/V

                                => 1/36 = 1/V

                                => V = 36 cm

hi/ho = v/u

hi/10 = 36/-18

hi = -2 x 10

hi = -20 cm

Therefore the image is real and inverted,image distance is 36 cm and image height is -20 cm. Magnification of object is twice that of image.

Hope this helps
