Mass of car = 1120kg
Speed of car = 80km/h OR 22.2m/s
Stopping distance = 70km OR 70000m
Stopping force =

By second equation of motion
S=v^2-u^2/2a
70000 = 0 - 22.2/2a
70000 = -22.2/2a
140000 = 22.2/a
140000/22 = 1/a
6300 = 1/a
1/6300 = a

Now we got acceleration
So by F=ma
F = 1120 x 1/6300
F = 0.17 N

1 kgwt = 9.8
0.17 x 9.8
1.6 kgm/s

Hope it helps you
