A 115m long and 64m broad lawn has two roads at right angles, one 2m wide,
running parallel to its length and the other 2.5m wide, running to its breadth. Find
the area of the roads and also the area of the remaining lawn.

The Length of Road ║ to length is 115m and width 2m

So Area of Road ║ to Length =115*2=230m²

The Length of Road ║ to Breath is 64m and width 2.5m

So the Area of Road ║ to breath =64*2.5=160m²

But as you can observe the area common to both roads is Taken Twice

So The area of Common Road = 2*2.5=5m²

So the Area of Road that need Gravelling =230+160-5=385m²

The Price for Gravelling =385 * 60 = 23100 rupees
