it become a right angled triangle ABC
in which ladder, AB=13 m
wall, AC= 12 m
and length of the foot fom ladder= BC
so, (AB)² = (AC)²+(BC)²
(BC)² = (13)²-(12)²
(BC)²= 169-144
(BC)² = 25
BC = 5 m
