Step-by-step explanation:

Number of tiles required :

=Area of hallArea of each tile=(60×400.4×0.4)=15000

∴ Total cost of tiles :

= Rs. (15000 × 5)

= Rs. 75000

Tottal number of tiles = Area of hall/ Area of Tiles

 =  > number \:  =  \frac{60 \times 40}{0.4 \times 0.4}  =  \frac{2400}{0.16}

 =  > number =  \frac{240000}{16}  =  \frac{60000}{4}  = 15000

Total cost of tiling = Number of tiles × cost of one tile

 =  > cost \:  = 15000 \times 15 = 225000

Hope this answer helps you ^_^ !
