Force = mass × Acceleration

From the question we can get the acceleration.

Acceleration = change in velocity ÷ time

This equals to :

(60 - 40) / (5/1000)

20 / 0.005 = 4000m/s²

150/1000 = 0.15

F = 4000 × 0.15 = 600N
