Here, both the bodies are moving towards each other.

So, the relative speed is -

= sum of thier speed

= 25 + 5

= 30m/s

Now, time taken by the bird to cross the the train is given by :-

= distance/speed

Where, the distance will be the length of the train i.e., 180metres and speed is 30m/s

So,

= 180/30

= 6 seconds

Hence, the time taken by the bird to cross the train is 6 seconds.
