a)Initial kinetic energy= 1/2 mu²

                                      =1/2 x 1 x 30 x 30

                                      =450J

c)Height: v²-u²=2gs

                0-30²=2x10xs

                  900=20s

                    s=900/20

                     s=45m

b)Potential energy=mgh

                               =1x10x45

                               =450J
