Given in the question. :

⇒ Mass = 1 kg

⇒ kinetic energy ( KE ) = 1 J

We know that kinetic energy:-

⇒ KE =  \frac{1}{2}mv^2

=> 1 = 1/2*1*v²

→ Speed = √2 m/sec

Answer:

● When it's speed is 1.4m/s

=>  K.E = 1/2 m {v}^2

=>  1 = 1/2 × 1 × {v}^2

=>  2 = {v}^2

=>  {v}^2 = 2

=>  v = √2

or

=>  1.4m/s
