A= ( 2,5), B= (1,0), C= (-4,3) and D= (-3,8)

The midpoint of AC=

( \frac{2-4}{2},  \frac{5+3}{2})  = (-1,4)

The midpoint of BD=

( \frac{1-3}{2} ,  \frac{0+8}{2}) = (-1,4)

Both the diagonals AC and BD bisect each other as their midpoints are same. Therefore, ABCD is a quadrilateral.

New name is PQRS or what is mentioned in the answers of your textbook.
