Step-by-step explanation:

a×b+a×c=(2/5)×(3/4)+(2/5)×(-1/2)

=(6/20)+(-2/10)

=(6/20)-(2×2/10×2)

=(6/20)-(4/20)

=(2/20)

=1/10...............(1)

a×(b+c)=(2/5)×(3/4+-1/2)

=(2/5)×(3/4-2/4)

=(2/5)×(1/4)

=(2/20)

=1/10 ..................(2)

eqn (1) = (2)

a - 2/5

b - 3/4

c - -1/2

a × b + a × c = a × ( b × c )

( 2/5 ) × ( 3/4 ) + ( 2/ 5) × (-1/2)= (2/5)×{(3/4)×(-1/2)}

0.3 - 0.2 = (2/5){(- 0.75 ) }

0.1 = - 0.3

thanks.............
