Given

a²+8a+16

To find

Factors of given polynomial

Solution

\implies\red{a^2+8a+16}

we have to break the middile term in such a way that the the sum become 8

And multiple be 16

Therefore

\implies\green{a^2+4a+4a+16}

\implies\yellow{a(a+4)+4(a+4)}

\implies\brown{(a+4)(a+4}

Hence the factor will be\brown{(a+4)(a+4)}

For extra information

The zeroes will be (-4,_4)

 \tt{ \red{ \implies{f(x) =  {a}^{2}  + 8a \:  + 16}}}

 \tt{ \red{ \implies{f(x) =  {a}^{2}  + 4a \:  + 4a \:  + 16}}}

 \tt{ \red{ \implies{f(x) =  a(a + 4) \:  + 4(a \:  + 4)}}}  \\  \\ = \tt{ \purple{ {(a + 4)}^{2} }}
