solving them we get..

so the 2digit number will be written as xy
now...
according to the question
x×y=12
also
10x+y+36=10y+x
36=9y-9x
4=y-x
now we have
x×y=12
and y-x=4
so we have
x=2
and y=6
therefore the number is 26
