Since gravity works vertically, we will only consider the vertical displacement
So if we draw a triangle in it and consider the vertical displacement as c
sin30=x/1
x=1/2

The weight of the object is 20 N
F=20N
s=1/2m

Work = F*s
= 20*1/2
=10J

The work done is 10 J.
