L = 8 H
For maximum current impedance should be minimum. Impedance is minimum when capative reactance is qual to inductive reactance.
wL = 1/wC
w = 1/sqrt(LC)
w = 1 / sqrt ( 8 × 2 × 10^-6)
w = 1000/4
w = 250 Hz
