Heart beating rate is 84 b.p.m. On auscultation there is a loud second sound on the aorta, BP is 230/120 hg.mm. Biochemical blood test: creatinine 170.4 mkmol/l, urea 12.6 mmol/l, potassium 5.5 mmol/l, sodium 145.8 mmol/l. general cholesterol 7.7 mmol/l. Urinalysis: a lot of erythrocytes, protein 4.1 g/1, bacteria are absent. Urine amount is 300 ml a day.
